- PSI Slot Budget: HONK-7887 operators are assumed Initiate–Anchor tier unless tagged Vector. Slot ceilings per rest cycle: Initiate 2 Interface (minor) / 0 Weave (major) / 0 Vector calls, Anchor 3 Interface / 1 Weave / 0 Vector, Vector 4 Interface / 1 Weave / 1 Vector. Interface calls are the day-to-day meme/ritual macros; Weave calls rewrite a local context; Vector calls braid two branches or timelines. Interface slots refresh after a short rest (≥10 min logged calm). Weave+Vector slots refresh only after long rest and Omniserver audit.
- PSI Cost Map:
