  refresh minor slots only.
Long rest (≥6 hours offline consent):
  refresh majors (Initiate +1, Anchor +2, Vector +3).
Emergency overcast (“burn the mask”):
  one extra major per day at cost of permanent archetype stress; needs quorum.

Group rituals pool slots; anonymous payloads are rejected at the UIS layer.
